VHEIP will be at the fall parent/teacher conference for parents and students at Bellows Falls Middle School on Tuesday, October 10th to give away free string backpacks (and piggy banks) and speak with parents about how they can save and pay for college. Be sure to stop by and enter our drawing for $50 in college savings.
