VSAC and VHEIP will be at the Trunk or Treating event for 7th and 8th graders at Mill River Union School on Thursday, October 31, from 12-1:30 pm. VSAC will be giving away treats and speaking with parents about how they can save for college or training. Be sure to stop by and enter a drawing for $50 in college savings.
