VHEIP will be part of the annual benefit day CORE (Connecting Our Resources Effectively) event for employees at VELCO on Thursday, October 12, explaining college planning and VSAC services to Vermont families, including the advantages provided to Vermonters who use the Vermont 529 college savings plan.
